問診ていうか医療面接は本当に大事


限られた時間の中でどれだけ重要なこと’だけ’を
患者さんから引き出せるか
それを英語で…いえ、くじけてる場合ではありません！
応用も基礎が出来てこそですしね


問診開始
I'm going to ask you some questions, OK？（では、これから問診を始めます）
　Please stay as you are. I'm going to ask you some questions.（寝たままの姿勢で質問に答えてください）
　I'm very sorry. I couldn't understand what you ware saying, Please repeat that.（すみません。仰っていることが分かりません。もう一度お願いします）

鍼の経験の有無の確認
Is this your first time for acupuncture？（鍼は今日が初めてですか？）
　OK. Please relax as much as possible.（では出来る限り力を抜いてください）
　Have you ever had acupuncture before？（これまで鍼を受けたことがありますか？）
　Have you ever tried any other types of treatment for this ploblem？（この疾患において他の治療を受けたことがありますか？）
　If you feel any discomfot, tell us straight away.（不快感がありましたら、すぐ言ってください）

主訴
What is your main conplaint today？（今日の主な症状はなんですか？）
　When did this ploblem start？（現在の症状はいつからですか？）
　Do you know your plood pressure？（普段の血圧は分かりますか？）

既往歴
Have you had any serious illnesses in the past？（今までに重病をなさったことはありますか？）
　Has anyone in your family had any serious illnesses？（ご家族で重病になった方はいますか？）
　Do you drink alcohol？（お酒は飲みますか？）
　Do you smoke？（タバコは吸いますか？）

姿勢の指示
Mr.Ichiro, Please lie face up.　（イチローさん、仰向けで寝てください）
　Are you ready？　（ご用意出来ましたか？）
　Can we come in ？ （入ってよろしいですか？）
　Please lie face down.　（うつ伏せでどうぞ）
　Please lie on your right (left) side. （右(左)横を向いてください）

快適さの確認
Miss.Ema, Are you warm enough ？ （エマさん、寒くないですか？）
　Would you llike me to cover you with a towel？ （タオルをかけましょうか？）
　Is it OK to cover you with a towel？ （タオルをかけても大丈夫ですか？）
　I will turn on the infared heater for your feet. （足元に赤外線を当てますね）

ベッドの操作
I will raise the bed a little. （ベッドを少し上げますね）
　I will lower the bed a little. （ベッドを少し下げますね）
　Please move down the bed a little. （もう少し、足元の方にずれてもらえますか？）
　Would you like a chest cushion？ （胸枕は必要ですか？）
　Is this (cushion) high enough？ （枕の高さはいかがですか？）

ベッド上で待機
Please wait one moment. （少々お待ち下さい）
　My boss will come shortly. （先生はすぐ来ます）
　Please try to relax. （力を抜いてください）
　Please try not to move. （そのままの姿勢でお待ち下さい）
　Are you able to breathe OK？ （息苦しくないですか？）

今回のポイント
患者さんにリラックスしていただくために、優しく、かつ分かりやすく話しかけることが大事です、とあります。
確かにその通りですね！

最近では病院の受付で名前を呼ばないで欲しい、とか
個人情報をとても大切にする風潮ですね

今朝の患者さんから聞いた話ですが
Amazonで１円の出品物を買うと住所と名前を抜かれて
詐欺に使われたりというケースもあるようです

世も末ですね…

そんな風潮に負けそうですが

準備の確認

着替えの指示
Please take off your clothes and put them here.　（服を脱いで、こちらに入れてください）
　Please change into this.　（これに着替えてください）
　Please leave on your underwear.　（下着姿でお願いします）
　Please use the gown if you want.　（よかったら、ガウンをお使いください）

アクセなどの着脱
Please take off your jewelry.　（貴金属を取ってください）
　Pleaes remove your socks.　（靴下を脱いでください）
　Pleaes put your watch in the basuket.　（時計をかごに入れてください）

診療時間について
In the morning , we are open from 10am to 2pm.　（午前は10時から２時までです）
　We are closed on Sundays.　（定休日は日曜日です）
　On Saturdays , we are open only until 1pm. (土曜日は午後１時までの診療になります)
　We close at 1pm.　（午後１時の閉院です）

電話で予約を受ける
